1) FURAN RESIN CEMENT:
Suitable for lining Acid, Alkali proof tiles, Resistant to Solvents, Acids and
Alkalies.
2) FURAN RESIN GRAPHITE CEMENT:
Suitable specially as a jointing cement for Carbon and Graphite tiles to the
formulation ensures, good Thermal Conductivity , Temperature resistance
and Chemical resistance , Acid , Alkali and Solvents.These properties make
this cement an ideal choice for lining of Reaction vessels ,storage vessels
as a substitute for Glass Lined Reactors.
3) FURAN RESIN GRAPHITE/CARBON GLUE:
Furan Resin Graphite Glue has been developed as a glue for bonding
Carbon and Graphite shapes in furnaces at high temperature.
4) FURAN RESIN GRAPHITE/CARBON PATCHING COMPOUND:
Furan Resin Graphite Patching Compound has been developed as
a patching and repairing compound for material in chemical
environment. The material bonding properties with Metal , Glass and
Plastic material makes it an ideal choice patching or sealing compound
in Chemical Industries.
5) PHENOLIC RESIN CEMENT:
Resistant to Acid environments.
6) POTASSIUM SILICATE MORTAR:
Potassium Silicate Mortar is used as jointing mortar for Acid proof tiles
to lining Acidic environment.
7) POTASSIUM SILICATE OR SODIUM SILICATE MORTAR:
Potassium Silicate Mortar used as a jointing material for fire proof tiles
in Chimneys etc., up to a temperature of 700°C-800°C.
8) FURFURYL ALCOHOL MODIFIED PHENOLIC RESINS:
Specially formulation for Impregnation of Graphite and Carbon articles
with excellent chemical resistance,binder for Carbon and Graphite,
Dolomite aggregates for mounting refractories. The speciality of
material is very low Viscocity with high solids , in the presence of a latent
Catalyst, so it become an ideal choice as a binder for Ramming masses.
