 COMPANY PROFILE:
GITANJALI CHEMICALS PRIVATE LIMITED established in the year 1980
having its manufacturing unit at Jalgaon in Maharashtra State.
Presently the Company is manufacturing various organic chemicals
for Pharmaceuticals, Dyes & Agrochemical Industries. The products
are developed in their own R&D facility which is approved by
D.S.I.R. The present turnover of the Company is Rs. 50 million
(US $ 1.5 million). Out of this 70% is export earnings. The
Company's products are exported to developed countries like
Belgium, Italy & Taiwan.
As the present manufacturing unit was not sufficient a new company namely
BENZO CHEM INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED established in
the year 1989 which is 1 km. away from the present site for
manufacturing Organic Chemicals for Pharmaceuticals, Dyes and
Agrochemical Industries. The present turnover of the Company is
around Rs. 60 million (US $ 1.75 millions) and out of this around
30 % is export earnings. The company is exporting their products
to various European Countries such as U.S.A., Japan, New Zealand,
etc.
The company has got speciality in Chlorination of Aromatic &
Phenolic Compounds and Cynaidation of Chlorinated product. All
the products are developed in GITANJALI CHEMICALS PRIVATE LIMITED
own R&D setup.
Both the companies are registered with Government of India's
Export Promotional Council (CHEMEXCIL) for Manufacturer Exporter.
They have qualified personal in R&D department, Factory management, sales is under charge of Director Shri Surendra Kumar
Mohatta & Director Mrs. Madhu Mohatta & Production under Technical Director Dr. V. S. Mulgaonkar.
