The firm is engaged in manufacturing of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Components and Systems including Electrical/Electronic sequencing. It uses the latest designing techniques for design and development of Custom built Assemblies and Systems. Some of the Systems designed by the firm includes Motion Control System for Copper Tube Drawing Mill using Electrical Cylinder. Automatic Copper Tube Winding Machine, Hydraulic System for Plastic Moulding Machine, Pneumatically operated Plastic Filling cum Sealing Machine, etc.. The company undertakes automation using PCs / PLCs. Besides these the company also manufactures Mini Oil Pumps which began as an import substitution item. These pumps were meant as replacement for Karcher pump (Germany) and Suntec pump (France). These pumps finds use in burners for fuel feed, for lubrication, and for micro hydraulics. All our products/systems are guaranteed for a minimum period of One year. Also, the company has excellent facilities for NON-FERROUS CASTINGS and can design the dies/pattern as per drawings/samples and produce castings using SAND, SHELL-MOULD, GRAVITY DIE, LOST-WAX methods. The company is tied up with quality conscious manufacturers for supply of INDUSTRIAL FASTENERS made of MS, SS, Brass as per international specifications. PIPE FITTINGS made of Brass, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel as per Ermeto/Swagelok etc. The company also supplies all kinds of Engineering/Industrial Goods.
